We offer world-class speedskating training to beginners through expert speedskaters ages five and up. We have skaters ages five through 60+ who regularly train with us. Our tiny tots through Masters skaters will get world-class training from:

Skaters train year-round both on and off the ice. Off ice training is called “dryland,” and it is very important in developing the back and leg muscles as well as techniques specific to short track. On ice we train at the three local rinks in Maryland and Virginia: Cabin John Ice Rink, Wheaton Ice Arena, and Prince William Ice Center.
